Day of the Event

Pictureshooters will provide you with an adequate number of order envelopes prior to the scheduled portrait date. We do ask that you, as the organization, hand out the order envelopes before the event. This allows parents enough time to call us if they have questions and time fill the envelopes out with the payment enclosed. We will provide appropriate staff for each photography set-up to aid your parents in filling out their envelopes. This keeps your portrait day flowing smoothly.

You are not the middle man

At Pictureshooters parents are encouraged to call our studio directly with any questions before or after the portraits are taken. Our studio will answer their questions and resolve any conflicts without unnecessarily involving the group thus relieving the organization of being the middle man.

Important Information

All portraits are taken and overseen by our highly qualified staff. A group who chooses Pictureshooters for its portraits can be assured that our qualified support staff will be present to help you with all of your
organization?s needs.

Delivery Guaranteed 2 to 3 Weeks

We will be happy to mail or hand deliver the portraits to your group representative. All portraits will be packaged in a window envelope to aid in your delivery to the parents. Pictureshooters will provide the school with a sign-out sheet for your delivery records. We will keep a record of what we have delivered to your school.

Pricing

There are several different ways that groups go about deciding on their photography services for the season. Pictureshooters has made it our policy not to participate in the bidding war that takes place with groups and photographers. We feel when bidding and price cuts are the sole motivator for selecting your photographer that quality and service are the first elements cut. Not only do we feel that these portraits are important to the families that are purchasing them, but they are a reflection of our studio and the work ethic the community sees. Therefore, we will not compromise our quality and personal service just to get the job done. What we do offer is commission based pricing where you are able to set the rate that you wish to make off the photo sales. You will find our prices competitive with other photographers.
